| Jos Nelissen is General Manager and Founder of Newtricious. He has an agricultural background and is the owner of Nelissen Pluimvee, an egg production company and joint owner of Globus ei, an egg trading company. In search of added benefit, he set to work in 2000 developing possible applications for eggs as a functional food. He subsequently founded Newtricious in 2006 to professionalise this work further. As well as being an entrepreneur, Jos is involved in many social initiatives and is managerially active in several areas. |

| Paul Jonker joined Newtricious in January 2009. He is a Chemical Engineer graduate from Delft University of Technology. Paul has 30 years of international experience in commercial and scientific positions within the pharmaceutical industry and its supply companies as global marketing manager (Diosynth/ Organon API), executive director of global marketing & sales (Diosynth/ Organon), executive director of global licensing & business development (Organon), business unit manager (Analytico) and also as head of clinical research (Glaxo Nederland). |
| Marieëtte Nelissen – Loonen |
Dietitian / Nutritionist |
| Marieëtte Nelissen graduated from Nijmegen in Nutrition and Dietetics. She joined Newtricious as a nutritionist and is involved in several areas including research and product development. Her interests mainly lie within the consumer field, and developing healthy, delicious food. She is also active within the Nelissen Pluimvee family business. Marieëtte engages in many social initiatives and she is managerially active in several societies and organisations, such as the Vereniging Innovatief Platteland (Association of Rural Innovation) and the Venray Rabobank Member Council. |
| Lieke van Adrichem |
Project Manager / Researcher |
Lieke van Adrichem joined Newtricious as Project Manager and Researcher following her graduation in July 2009. She successfully completed the Food Design & Innovation course at the HAS Den Bosch University of Applied Sciences with honours. Central to this course is managing the innovation process of product development in the food industry. As part of this programme, Lieke had a 6 month work placement within the R&D division of the Italian Unilever site in Cisterna di Latina. Lieke also took several courses in cultural anthropology, development sociology and psychology at Leiden University and a course on intercultural communication at Tilburg University.

Business Development |
Marcel joined Newtricious in April 2010, to strengthen the Business Development, and he works as International Account Manager for Globus ei, a sister company of Newtricious. Marcel obtained his diploma 'Bachelor of Business Administration Management' at the NHTV in Breda in 2009, and graduated on Entrepreneurship. He started a commercially successful research company (Insight Onderzoeksbureau), and took various short courses on management, communication and sales at the Radboud University in Nijmegen. |

| Katia van Eldik has worked as a Management Assistant since 1990. Following her training as European Secretary, she mainly worked in international companies such as Allergan B.V. in Utrecht, Cap Gemini BV in Utrecht and Sogeti BV in Vianen and Brussels. Katia started as Jos Nelissen’s Management Assistant at the Nelissen Oirlo Group in 2006 and she has also worked for Globus ei, Nelissen Pluimveebedrijven and Nelissen Oirlo Holding. Katia has been involved in Newtricious from the early days and her time is now fully devoted to Newtricious. She supports the management team in the area of marketing, project management and also through general supportive duties. You will therefore come in contact with Katia quite regularly through your correspondence with Newtricious. |
