Newtricious participates again in collective fair attendance International Food Technology Food Expo, Chicago (IL) 18th-20th July 2010

In cooperation with the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (part of the Ministry of Economic Affairs) the Food Valley foundation organises a collective fair attendance to one of the largest international food technology expositions in the US. The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) organises this annual IFT Food Expo already for the 69^th time, this year located in Chicago. The fair in Chicago will take place from 18^th – 20^th of July, and is the largest and most important of the IFT fairs. It will attract ten thousands of food experts from across the world.

The Food Valley foundation attended in 2007, 2008, and 2009 with a collective fair attendance and again there will be a ‘Holland Food Valley’ pavilion this year on the fair. Just as in previous years, Newtricious will be part of this Dutch pavilion. Dutch participants, such as DSM, Purac, Innova, TNO and NIZO, have also been part of the IFT Expo for several years now. Together with Newtricious, they are all positive about their attendance to the previous IFT fairs.

This year it promises to be an interesting fair once again for Newtricious. Maybe we will meet you in Chicago!, at the Holland Food Valley Pavilion, booth 5053
